Castlewood Town Villas Boat Slip Rental Information

Castlewood Town Villas Association owns and maintains seven (7) boat slips, available for rent exclusively to members on an as-available basis.​

Slip Inventory:

2 slips – 25 feet in length

5 slips – 30 feet in length

Note: Vessel (including all appurtenances) must fit within the slip perimeter. Minimum vessel length is 16 feet.

 Restrictions:

• No liveaboard permitted

• No shore power service

 Rental Process & Waitlist:

•  Add your name to the waitlist 

• Pay one (1) quarter slip rent deposit (deposit will be credited to first quarter of a rental)

• When a slip becomes available:

• The first member on the waitlist will be contacted.

• They will have 10 days to submit the required documentation (see below).

• If the first member declines or fails to respond, the opportunity is offered to the next person on the list.

 Required Documentation (Before Occupancy):

No vessel may occupy any slip until the following have been submitted and approved:

• Completed Boat Slip Use Application

• Current Vessel Registration

• Insurance Certificate

• Minimum $500,000 liability coverage

• Must name the Association as Additional Insured:

• Payment of quarterly slip rent

• Written approval from the Association

 Important Reminders:

• A delinquency of slip rent or

• failure to keep insurance and registration current (lapse of over 30 days)

will be considered abandonment of the slip.

In such cases, the vessel must be removed immediately.
